Banquet Captain Responsibilities: Supervises and coordinates activities of banquet servers during banquets to ensure that food is served and delivered promptly

Qualifications: o High School diploma or G.E.D or equivalent combination of education and experience o Two years' experience as a banquet server or banquet captain, previous supervisory experience required o Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, meet production/service time schedules, and adapt to necessary and unforeseen changes o Must have exceptional customer service skills o Must be able to manage warehouse staff in a professional and efficient manner according to company guidelines o Must have current TABC Certification and Serve Safe food handlers permit
